Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
Merken Laurel offers returns or exchanges on select products, subject to the eligibility conditions, timelines, and procedures outlined below. Customers are strongly advised to review this policy carefully before initiating any request.
General Return Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

Receipt of an incorrect product (style, color, or size mismatch)

Receipt of a defective or damaged product (must be reported upon unboxing)

Valid size exchange request for the same product (subject to size availability)
Size Exchange Shipping Charges
For size exchange requests where the delivered product is correct and not defective, the customer is required to bear one-way shipping charges for the exchange process.
Conditions:

Applicable only for size change requests

Not applicable if a wrong or defective product was delivered

Exchange will be processed after the shipping fee is paid

Subject to availability of the requested size
Merken Laurel reserves the right to determine the applicable shipping fee based on the delivery location and logistics partner.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted For
Returns or exchanges will not be processed in the following cases:

Change of mind or personal dislike (unless explicitly mentioned on the product page)

Products returned without original tags, invoice, or packaging

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Requests raised beyond 5 days from the date of delivery

Products that appear worn, washed, altered, or tampered with
Refund Format & Credit Note Issuance
All approved returns are refunded in the form of a non-transferable Credit Note (promo code) redeemable on the Merken Laurel website.
Conditions:

Issued only after the returned item passes quality inspection

Valid for 3 months from the date of issuance
-
Issued for the net product value only (original shipping charges excluded unless the error was from our side)
-
Not convertible to cash or transferable between accounts
Please note:
We do not offer bank transfers, cash refunds, or card reversals under the standard return policy.
Return Request & Pickup Process
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must:

Email support@merkenlaurel.com within 5 days of delivery

Share clear photos of the product and packaging (mandatory for wrong/damaged items)

Await approval and pickup confirmation from our support team
Non-serviceable locations:
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product. Return shipping will be reimbursed only if the error was on Merken Laurel’s side.
Ineligible or Rejected Returns
Merken Laurel reserves the right to reject returns if:

The product fails quality inspection

The item is used, washed, or damaged after delivery

The return was initiated without approval
-
Required tags, invoice, or packaging are missing
-
The request was made outside the eligible window
The decision of our Quality Check (QC) team shall be final and binding.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain items may be marked as non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, customization, limited drops, or final sale status. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Returns for such items will only be accepted if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
